THE SYNCHRONISED LIFTING SYSTEM HOLDS THEM.
The Durapac SyncMaster DSM-Series brings computer control to multi-point hydraulic lifting. A single master unit manages up to 16 power packs. That adds up to 128 cylinders, each one controlled on its own.
Before the first stroke, operators enter the maximum load, stroke limits and a centre-of-gravity zone. SyncMaster then watches every value as the load rises. Step outside the plan, and the system stops the lift for you.
HTC first put SyncMaster to work on New Zealand projects. PJM Industrial now brings the same system to Australian sites, with setup advice from our Moorabbin team.

INSIDE THE SYNCHRONISED LIFTING SYSTEM
INTELLIGENT CONTROL
SyncMaster keeps every lift point within plan on bridges, uneven structures and large equipment. If a lift drifts outside plan, the system stops it automatically.
CENTRE OF GRAVITY
BOUNDARY CONTROL
Operators define a rectangular or circular zone for the load’s centre of gravity. If the load shifts toward the edge, SyncMaster alerts the operator and stops the lift.
SMART LIFT PARAMETERS
WITH AUTO STOP
Set maximum load, stroke limits and centre-of-gravity zones before the lift begins. SyncMaster monitors each threshold live and halts the lift if one is exceeded.
REAL-TIME MONITORING
AND DATA LOGGING
SyncMaster records loads, strokes, operator inputs, alerts and centre-of-gravity movement. Every entry carries a timestamp. Export it for compliance, analysis or planning.

Adjustable Flow Control Valves
Controls the flow during descent and can be preset and locked.
Control Valves
High cycle, high speed solenoid valves allow precise flow control. All valves are leak free and have a 100% duty cycle.
Lift Monitoring &
Data Storage
Real-time pressure and displacement data are displayed on screen, with lift data recorded and downloadable in Excel-ready format for analysis and record keeping. This provides a permanent log of cylinder load and displacement at defined intervals.
Pressure Transducers
Monitor load conditions at each lift point for maximum safety. Optional load cells are available for high precision weighing operations.
Stroke Transducers
High precision 40 pulses per mm linear transducers combined with high speed counter cards achieve precise positional control. Various stroke transducers are available including internal cylinder design. Optional tilt meters are also available.
Touch Screen
15 inch full colour touch screen withstands harsh environments. The glass is toughened making it both scratch and cut resistant.
Variable Flow Control
Variable frequency drive motor gives a wider pump flow range. This is controlled by a joy stick controller that governs flow and directional control of the hydraulic cylinders.
