We have incorporated 2 styles of Load Skates or Load Moving Skates from three different manufacturers (Boerkey GmbH, GKS-PERFEKT and PJM Industrial) to compliment our range of Lifting Systems.

Boerkey GmbH Steel Heavy Duty Load Skates 

Boerkey GmbH, D-58089 Hagen, has been a producer of Roller Skates Express and Heavy Duty Wheels since 1951. There are 37 different Models of Boerkey Steel Roller Skates or Boerkey Heavy Duty Load skates to chose from, with capacities from 10 Ton to 400 Ton.

The advantages of using Boerkey Load Skates (Roller Skate Express) are self-evident: 

• solid construction
• low level construction of Roller Skate (between 7 and 20 cm)
• little effort required to overcome rolling resistance within the chain assembly
• a variety of applications for very different conditions.
• Several decades (about 50 years) of experience in numerous applications.
• versatile universal transportation device.
• very economic basic unit.

GKS Perfekt Soft Transporters / Transport Trolleys

Since 1967 the name GKS-PERFEKT has stood for a complete and fully complemented range of products for safe lifting and effortless moving of heavy loads.

Worldwide, GKS-PERFEKT transport trolleys are solving problems of various magnitudes where heavy loads have to be moved. As an accredited company according to ‘DIN EN ISO 9001:2000' standard the GKS-PERFEKT manufacturing process calls on state-of-the-art production methods thus enabling them to achieve a constantly high quality standard.

There are 20 different models of GKS Perfect Soft Transporters to choose from with capacity from 5 Tonne to 200 Tonne.

PJM Industrial Load Skates

PJM industrial offers a number of different related familes of Load Skates. They are as follows:

• ET Series Adjustable / Steerable Load Skates - ET Series Adjustable / Steerable Load Skates are available in two versions (Type A & B). Type A can be Steerable & Type B can be laterally adjustable. More information is available on the ET Series Adjustable / Steerable Load Skates page.
   
• CM Series Adjustable Load Skates - The CM Series Adjustable Load Skates are actually 2 skates each, they are connected by 2 steel rods making one skate adjustable from 500mm to 1400mm (model CM60) and 720mm to 1500mm (model CM120 and CM240). • ST Serries Steerable Load Skates - The ST Serries Steerable Load Skates incorporate a 1 metre drawbar and a Platform that swivels on a thrust bearing allowing movement around bends. More information is available on the ST Serries Steerable Load Skates page.
